Our basic single-button remote control isn't so basic. It can operate a single garage door or gate, or turn your garage door opener lights on/off. You can also use it as an extra remote control to turn on lights or small appliances inside your home – all from the comfort of your car. It features Security+® rolling code technology that sends a brand new code every time it is used.  One 5-year 3-volt battery is included.

The MHz frequency of your garage door opener will determine what remote controls will work with your system. See below to find out which remote to order.

Order the 371LM if:

  • Your garage door opener motorhead has a purple learn button, or
  • Your garage door opener motorhead has a purple antenna, or
  • Your original remote has silver buttons with glowing blue lights, or
  • Your original remote has black buttons and this logo:

Remote review

12/16/2010 12:00:00 AM The garage door we have is opened using your product. The remotes are fantastic. They do an excellent job. We couldn't be happier.

Short Life, Way Overpriced

2/29/2012 12:00:00 AM We have two single-car garage doors in our condo, only just over 3 years old. One of the two remotes has stopped sending a signal, so both door openers have to be programmed to the one operating remote. That is a big inconvenience because you have to remember to open both doors before leaving or else you get one door closing and one opening when you push the button. This remote is a cheap as it gets, probably weighs about 4 ounces, performs only one function and I am incredulous that it costs $35 to replace.

unhappy customer

7/2/2012 12:00:00 AM My LiftMaster is less than 2 years old. One of the remotes no longer works. In my previous house, the remotes lasted for 15 years. Replacement cost is too high, but I have no other choice.
