Your account has been locked. To unlock your account, please send an e-mail with UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT in the subject line to In the body of the e-mail, be sure to include your first and last name. Please allow up to five business days for a response. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This only relates to your account and does not apply if you are locked out of your LiftMaster MyQ account. To resolve that problem, open your MyQ app and click on Forgot Password.
